If you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to Start a Return:
Contact our support team at info@gadgetly.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Send the item back in its original packaging, along with your order number or proof of purchase.
Conditions for a Refund:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
You may open the box to check the product, but please do not use it more than is necessary to inspect it.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, your statutory rights are unaffected, and you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been issued.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days, but delays can occasionally happen with the courier.

Our couriers don’t usually deliver on UK public holidays, so orders placed around those times might take a little longer to arrive.
