If you’ve purchased something and decide it’s not right for you, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per UK distance selling regulations.
To qualify for a full refund:
The item should be in its original condition and packaging.
It’s fine to open the box and check the product — just don’t use it beyond what’s necessary to inspect it.
If the item is damaged or faulty, this doesn’t affect your right to a refund. We’ll still process your return in line with your consumer rights.

To process your return smoothly, please make sure:
The item is fully complete, including all original accessories and packaging
You include proof of purchase (like your email receipt or order number)
If the item is faulty, a brief description of the issue really helps us speed things up
If a warranty card was included, pop that back in too
Once we’ve received the returned item and checked everything, we’ll process your refund within the timeframe set by UK law — usually within 5–10 working days.

Our couriers don’t usually deliver on UK public holidays, so orders placed around those times might take a little longer to arrive.
