Delivery
Last updated: 2 June 2026
We offer free standard delivery on every order to addresses within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden surcharges and no minimum order value.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and UK public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated Arrival
UK delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch — up to 7 working days in total. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) may take an extra working day, but we aim to keep every UK order within 7 working days of order placement.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier timescales occasionally slip, particularly around bank holidays and peak trading periods (Black Friday, Christmas).
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link, where tracking is available. If you have an account with us, dispatch status is also visible under My Account.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order reference number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend the item or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email info@gadgetly.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Returns
For cancellation, returns and refund information, please see our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day Gadgetly returns window from delivery, which extends your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
